✅ All sessions, courses, and learning plans are designed to provide high-quality, structured learning experiences tailored to student needs.

2. Learning Plans & Subscription Policies

📌 Pay-Per-Session Plan

✅ Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
✅ No cancellations or refunds are allowed once a session is booked.
✅ Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to tutor availability.
✅ Missed sessions without prior notice will still be charged in full.

✅ A minimum of 7 sessions must be purchased at a time.
✅ Sessions must be scheduled in advance, and unused sessions do not roll over beyond the validity period.
✅ Rescheduling is allowed with 24 hours' notice, but missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or credited.

📌 5-Day Learning Plan (Weekly Subscription)

✅ This plan provides structured learning 5 days per week while charging only for 2 days per week.
✅ Students have the flexibility to reschedule or adjust their weekly schedule within the plan.
✅ The subscription renews automatically every month, and cancellations must be made 7 days before the next billing cycle.
✅ Missed sessions without prior notice will still be charged in full.

3. Free Trial Policy

✅ AITESOL offers a 15-minute free trial session for new students.
✅ Each student is eligible for one free trial only.
✅ The free trial is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a full lesson or credit.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

✅ No refunds will be issued for completed or missed sessions.
✅ For subscription plans, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
✅ Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) and at AITESOL’s discretion.

5. Rescheduling Policy

✅ Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
✅ Same-day rescheduling is not permitted.
✅ Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the same billing cycle or will be forfeited.

6. Student & Parent Responsibilities

✅ Students are expected to attend classes on time and actively participate.
✅ Parents should ensure a quiet, distraction-free environment for online lessons.
✅ Any inappropriate behavior during sessions (e.g., disrespect toward tutors) may result in suspension of services without a refund.

7. Tutor Responsibilities

✅ Tutors will provide high-quality, Enquiry based learning, structured lessons based on the student’s learning needs.
✅ Tutors will be punctual and prepared for each session.
✅ Tutors will provide feedback and progress tracking for subscribed learning plans.

8. AI-Assisted Learning Tools & Data Usage

✅ AITESOL utilizes AI-assisted tools to enhance learning experiences.
✅ All personal data is handled confidentially and securely, in compliance with data protection laws.
✅ AITESOL does not share student information with third parties without consent.

9. Communication & Support

✅ Parents and students can contact AITESOL Support for any inquiries regarding scheduling, payments, or learning plans.
✅ Before making any major subscription changes, parents must consult with Dr. Frank to ensure continuity in the student’s learning progress.

10. Agreement & Compliance

By enrolling in an AITESOL learning plan or booking a session, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to maintain a structured, fair, and effective learning environment for all students.
